We are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality, best-tasting product. If you are not 100% satisfied with your shipment, we want to know.

Because the items are perishable and must remain cold, we can not offer refunds and can not accept returns of products.

​

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that because these items are food products and perishable, they cannot be returned for a refund.

Sorrelo Wellness ships items with USPS to arrive within our window of 2–3 days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends (unless Saturday delivery is specified) or holidays. We do not ship orders past Thursday unless they are overnight because they will not arrive until the following week.

Customers are responsible for inputting their correct delivery address at checkout. Sorrelo Wellness is not responsible for non-delivery or late delivery of packages with incorrect delivery addresses.

Sorrelo Wellness does not accept any liability for late, damaged, or undelivered packages delivered to third-party delivery services, storage lockers, or any other method that does not allow our drivers to deliver directly to your residential address.

Subscription orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified once charged. Please contact us prior to your charge date if you need help modifying or skipping an order.
